The resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit lounge anchor an open-concept great room and modern kitchen, all on a spacious 10,000 sq ft lot with room for up to 60 guests. Equally suited to a milestone birthday, a family celebration, or a golden-hour photo and video shoot, with a 65-inch TV, full dining seating for 10, and patio furniture already in place. A guest bedroom is available for overnight stays by separate arrangement.

House rules

Open daily 6:00 AM-12:00 AM. 3-hour minimum booking. Guest capacity up to 60 people, at the host's discretion based on event type. Hourly rate scales with guest count: $85/hr for up to 10 guests, +$40/hr for 11-24, +$70/hr for 25-34, +$95/hr for 35-39, +$155/hr for 40-50, +$195/hr for 51-60 (up to $280/hr total). One guest bedroom available for overnight stays (sleeps 2) at a premium rate -- inquire for pricing. A professional cleaner is hired between every booking. Add-ons available: pool heating ($400 flat), spa/jacuzzi heating ($75 flat), sauna with red light therapy ($40/hr), Bluetooth speaker with disco lights ($20), additional 4-foot tables ($10 each), coolers ($5 each).

Cancellation policy

strict — Full refund 30+ days before the event, 50% refund 7-30 days before, no refund within 7 days.
