A secluded desert property just minutes outside the Las Vegas valley, purpose-built for outdoor events. A two-level white pergola structure anchors the space: an upper deck framed by a retractable shade sail and string lights with sweeping mountain views, and a lower deck plus ground-level area with room for large-scale dinners and dancing under the stars. A private indoor bridal suite (600 sq ft) is available for getting ready, alongside a full bar setup and catering support -- two refrigerators and a commercial ice maker on site. Built for weddings, corporate events, photo and video productions, and retreats, with roughly 4,000 sq ft of outdoor space across both decks.

House rules

Bookable 7:00 AM-11:00 PM daily. 3-hour minimum at $250/hr, or book the whole day (8am-11pm) for a flat $4,000. $500 refundable security deposit required -- deducted for missing/broken items or rule violations. Deep cleaning before your event is included; you or your hired staff handle setup and cleanup after. No open flames, candles, fireworks, confetti, glitter, or colored powder. Add-ons available: chairs ($4 each), tables ($5-$10 each), patio heaters ($75), dressing tent ($100), luxury restroom trailer ($600).

Cancellation policy

strict — Full refund 90+ days before the event, 50% refund 14-90 days before, non-refundable within 14 days. A grace period allows a full refund within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
